Guardianship/Conservatorship

A guardianship is a process that the probate court sets up that allows you to be appointed over another person if they have lost mental capacity and cannot make their own mental decisions or day to day healthcare decisions. When a person cannot make financial decisions due to poor mental or physical state, a conservatorship can be established to control that person’s property and finances.

Year Support

When a loved one has passed away, and finances become harsh, Georgia, the spouse of the deceased, and children to request Year Support. This petition supports them for a year to not pay taxes.
